Whether you are preparing a RICS Level 2 or Level 3 building survey, undertaking dilapidations or party wall work, compiling a schedule of condition, or managing a complex defect analysis, drone photography provides access to areas of a building that would otherwise require significant access costs or simply go unobserved. We work directly alongside qualified surveyors on-site, providing real-time imagery that can be reviewed immediately on a tablet or laptop, and supplying a full edited image set and annotated report for inclusion in your final survey documentation.
