Flow State Drones provides professional aerial event coverage using CAA-licensed pilots and industry-leading camera systems, capturing stills and video that event organisers, sponsors, marketing teams, and media partners can use immediately and confidently.
We work discreetly, efficiently, and safely — handling all necessary permissions, airspace authorisations, and risk assessments before the day. On the day itself, our pilots work around your schedule, capturing key moments as they happen without disrupting your event or your guests. Every shoot is followed by fast, professional editing with delivery within 48–72 hours as standard.

IMPORTANT NOTES
All prices exclude VAT. Travel within 30 miles of base is included; beyond that, £0.45 per mile applies. All flights are conducted by CAA-licensed pilots. CAA permissions, NOTAM filing, and airspace coordination are handled as standard at no extra charge. Registered charities receive 15% off all packages — simply mention your charity number when enquiring. Weather-affected shoots are rescheduled at no charge.
HOW IT WORKS

Send us your event details Tell us the date, location, event type, and what you need. We'll confirm availability, advise on the best package, and begin the airspace assessment for your site straight away.

We handle all permissions We file all necessary NOTAMs, obtain any required airspace authorisations, and carry out a full site risk assessment before your event. You don't need to do a thing — we take care of all the regulatory groundwork.

We shoot on the day Our pilot arrives ahead of your event, briefs with your team, and captures everything to your shot list. We work around your schedule, stay out of the way of your guests, and keep you updated throughout the day.

Delivery within 48–72 hours All edited stills and video are delivered via a private online gallery within 48–72 hours of your event. Files are supplied in full resolution for print and compressed for immediate digital and social media use.
